Samples of your favourite colours can be ordered before making finalising a colour. The Font Preview Tool is also useful in comparing a range of fonts.

When adding information to the 'personalised' sections, double check the information before processing your order. Any mistakes made while ordering are the customers responsibility. Always read the listing details to be certain of what you are ordering and what needs to be included in the personalised section.

When ordering please ensure that the item will arrive in time. The current turnaround is 2-3 weeks until dispatch, plus your chosen delivery timing. 

Larger orders, such as weddings, require a turnaround of 6 weeks. Weeks 1 - 3 are to confirm personalised details and confirm the design proof. From week 4, no changes can be made as the signage will begin being processed for creation and cutting.

ONCE ORDERED 

Some product listings state that you will receive a design proof. You will receive this by email, around 3-5 days after ordering. Please confirm the details no later than 3 days upon receiving the design proof email, otherwise this could cause delays.

If you would like to makes changes, you can do so twice, ensuring this is within sufficient time and allows for changes to be made whilst getting your item to you on time. Once approved we are unable to make changes. 

For larger orders, such as weddings, we need to receive prompt amendments in order to ship within the 6 week turn around. 

Delays in communication will effect turn around times and may result in your order being cancelled. Due to design and communication time, a full refund will not be offered, with a minimum of 20% of the total amount, not being returned.
