What to expect - orders
Dispatch Times
As the majority of products are made-to-order personalised items, the turnaround time from point-of-payment to dispatch can be up to 2 weeks. At the point of dispatch, you will receive an email stating your item has been shipped along with the tracking information.
Design Proofs
In some cases, orders that contain personalisation or specified custom details will involve product proofing, whereby an email is sent to the customer containing the item design as a PDF doc. Confirmation that you are happy with everything (font, spelling, size, colour) is required within 1-3 days to ensure your item arrives with you in good time.
Returns and Refunds
As the majority of products are personalised made-to-order items, these can not be returned. However, we understand that at times there may be good reason for a return, therefore, refunds will be given, at the discretion of Cut to the Trace. Drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your item, stating the reason for return.
What to expect - postage
How much is postage?
Postage varies between items, depending on size and weight. The total amount, at checkout, will include the item and postage. The maximum postage charged will not exceed £15.
